“A year from now you will wish you had started today.”

~Karen Lamb

Today is as good of a day as any to change your life.

There are many changes we can make every single day that can improve the quality of our lives.

Not every change applies to every single person, but here is a list of 10 changes most people attribute to changing their lives for the better, and how to do them.

Start with one or two, and slowly integrate these changes into your routine.

Warning: use of these 10 changes can result in a very happy life!!

1. Stop Procrastinating

It’s all about daily action.

Set a “most important task” each morning, then work on it for 10 minutes before opening your browser/mobile device.

2. Fall in love

Go somewhere each day and meet/socialize with new people.

Or do daily things that make you a fascinating person.

3. Be happy

Do something each day to make the world better, to help people.

4. Travel the World

Save money.

Or start selling your stuff, so you can carry your belongings on a backpack and start hitchhiking.

5. Save money

Start cutting out smaller expenses.

Start cooking and eating at home.

Sell your car and bike/walk/take the train.

Start looking for a smaller home.

Do free stuff instead of buying things.

6. Take more walks

Start walking every day, for 10 minutes at first, then 15 after a week, then 20 …

Make it a habit.

Walking is the best therapy and exercise all in one.

7. Drink more water

Drink water when you wake up, then every time you take a break (once an hour).

8. Take more pictures

Take pictures when you walk, or go out, see your family and friends.

Post them to your blog.

9. Write in a journal

Write for 10 minutes a day.

You’ll thank yourself later.

10. Read more books

Read every morning and before you go to bed.
