Why This?

This assignment does not have a timeline because these are goals that you will be hopefully turning into habits. Many of the assignments you have completed only work if they are continuously integrated into your lifestyle.

Nietzsche once said, “If you have a strong enough why, you can bear almost any how.”

By setting these as your goals, you are committing to upholding which ever actions you choose. Do not see these acts as assignments anymore, but as steps and tools that will help you reach your goal of becoming the happy, strong, and compassionate human being that you strive to be.

You are setting these as your goals because you know who you want to be, and now you have been given the tools to do so.

Set your motivation to be your desire for happiness, and you can achieve it all.
